The 'Save tons on lunch' campaign will feature a code on Warburtons packs offering consumers the chance to claim coupons offering money-off on the partner brands' products.
The campaign, which will offer £20m worth of coupons, will run across 100m Warburtons loaves from mid-June until September. Marketing support will include print and online advertising. It was created by The Big Kick.
Warburtons campaign comes at a time when its competitor brands are engaged in promotional activity espousing the benefits of bread. Both Kingsmill and Hovis have recently run campaigns around their wholemeal ranges.
