The electrical brand signed a deal with licensing agency CPLG to use Star Trek in marketing its laptops and DVD players.
As part of this the Toshiba has launched an competition offering its customers the chance to win a trip to the US where they can take part in a zero gravity flight.
Zero gravity prizes have proved a popular draw for brand's targeting a male demographic. Last year deodorant brand Sure for Men launched a zero gravity competition for its Quantum range.
You can only enter if you have bought one of a number of Toshiba products; these carry a relevant product code which can be entered online.
Toshiba has also developed five exclusive Star Trek related laptops and DVD players.
